PAINsylvania
To depict the agony of Pennsylvanians living with chronic conditions, before they had access to cannabis, we created a fictitious place— PAINsylvania. Cannabis helped them get out and get back to their beloved Pennsylvania. We worked with real patients and brought their stories to life, encouraging many more to give medical cannabis a try.

We designed and printed postcards from PAINsylvania by flipping the idea of recreational travel on its head. Hundreds of patients filled these out at the dispensaries and shared their stories of pain with us.
